I think they are absolute rubbish! I think they are so much rubbish that I have watched them all back-to/back about 20 times and have got through treble that number of pairs of incontinence pants.

06:10 wow, what a nice pic of Gilliam! Very interesting program, I'm looking forward for the next parts, and already thanks a lot for uploading those two;) Btw, do you know if there was an episode about the Flying Circus?

First saw it on the ABC in Australia 1982. To this day I still greet a like minded friend with "hello mummsy" when we see each other !! Ripping Yarns, to me, is way better than Fawlty Towers (granted the latter's great too, of course).

He had the movie Yellowbeard. Eric and John shows up in it, but it was mostly Graham working on it, I believe.

Micheal Pailin & Terry Jones had "Ripping Yarns", John Cleese had "Fawlty Towers" end Eric Idle had "Rutland Weekend Television". Terry Gilliam was directing films but what was Graham Chapman's solo project?

Fabulous series. Such a tragedy the Terry Jones is terminally ill.

The BBC brought many comedy talents to the fore but why any comedian would want to be associated with it now?
