21:15 is such an underrated moment when Justin is suddenly hit with what Griffin just introduced. Right there he put it together that Taako has Lup’s weapon and it was her skeleton in the cave. That “Fuck you” was from the heart, man 😂❤ it hurts so good

Like in the lab where they basically see our reality and lucas is like "I feel like maybe you guys spent some time in that reality since you make a lot of references (which was more of a joke jab at them making references like taco saying "you know Takko? From TV?" that don't make sense in this reality and now *boom* reality hopping.

Griffin (and the boys sometimes) are really good at making goofs into emotional plot things. Barry Blue Jeans was a joke character, Taako’s taco quest that eventually saved Krav was a joke, Davenport was a joke, and spoilers for TAZ amnesty ep 28 Ned’s insane middle names were a joke, so the emotional weight of him telling Aubrey the actual one in his letter was intense

1:12:31 there were a lot of lines that hit hard in this episode. "That was the last time you saw your sister" for instance. But this line here. The brokenness as Davenport's mind is erased, left only to repeat his name as the static overtakes... Griffin got me there.

This episode is the one that makes me cry. Davenport saying "im davenport" is like an eldrich horror level of distress as your mind is torn asunder. And "who's face" is so powerful and so sad because he didnt have her for so long afterwards and didnt even know that he had a twin. Fantastic storytelling i wish more people would take my recommendation for this work of art.
