@@markgregory6716 Earlier in the day, Dwight hid inside a snowman and then broke free and threw snowballs at Jim. The whole episode, he was pelting snowballs at Jim in the office. So when Jim left for the day, ready to go home and escape Dwight, walking out to a parking lot full of snowmen, and not knowing which one Dwight was hiding inside of, was terrifying. But Dwight wasn’t even inside the snowmen at all, he was watching from above.

However Dwight was aware of what he was doing so decided to reverse prank Jim by buying Pam flowers, flowers that he couldn't return because it's a gift for his wife and that would be awkward. It's actually a really funny adult oriented joke. You only really get it if your married, have basic income and have a stable job

He tells them that the next one to pull a prank will lose their Christmas bonus, and the target of the prank will get the prankster's share. therefore, Jim 'accidentally' says his credit card number out loud, and Dwight being dwight, orders flowers for Pam.
