@@comedycellarclipsIt's important not to censor ourselves when pointing out just how vile discrimination in that time was. Jews were seen as problem in many countries, not just Germany. Providing understanding for how and why did people feel this way about them in Germany, US, Soviet Union... should in no way be seen as justification for antisemitism. It can actually help understand how it comes about in societies and help stop it. For example, John Mearsheimer wrote a book about Israeli lobby and Norman Finkelstein wrote a book about exploitation of Holocaust. These things when left in dark, unexplained, can be weaponized by antisemites to help spread rhetoric amongst people who buy it without even understanding they're being antisemitic. It's always good having people writing and speaking publicly against conspiracy theories by actually explaining events and phenomenas that could be represented as conspiracies. I understood Tucker's guest as doing just that by explaining how some Jews were better off because they're spread all over Europe and World so having family and friends outside Germany, when receiving foreign money under sanctions, they suddenly attracted (not justified but understandable) resentment which was politically exploited through conspiracy theories that persist today. That kind of explaining spits in face of antisemitism and nazi apologies imo. Other stuff, who bombed where, when and why first, I don't know much about. I planned on reading this guy but then he said Ukraine was democracy invaded without provocation so I'll find some other Oxford/Cambridge expert.

@MaxPayne-fi1mzАй бұрын
@@joge2468 Absolutely it is not. But if such an ideological source says opens that Jews were trying to influence all states.... Then it is quite simple. Passage of the resolution required a two-thirds majority of the valid votes, not counting abstaining and absent members, of the UN's then 57 member states. On 26 November, after filibustering by the Zionist delegation, the vote was postponed by three days. According to multiple sources, had the vote been held on the original set date, it would have received a majority, but less than the required two-thirds. Various compromise proposals and variations on a single state, including federations and cantonal systems were debated (including those previously rejected in committee). The delay was used by supporters of Zionism in New York to put extra pressure on states not supporting the resolution. President Truman later noted, "The facts were that not only were there pressure movements around the United Nations unlike anything that had been seen there before, but that the White House, too, was subjected to a constant barrage. I do not think I ever had as much pressure and propaganda aimed at the White House as I had in this instance. The persistence of a few of the extreme Zionist leaders-actuated by political motives and engaging in political threats-disturbed and annoyed me. Indian Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru spoke with anger and contempt for the way the UN vote had been lined up. He said the Zionists had tried to bribe India with millions and at the same time his sister, Vijaya Lakshmi Pandit, the Indian ambassador to the UN, had received daily warnings that her life was in danger unless "she voted right". Pandit occasionally hinted that something might change in favour of the Zionists. But another Indian delegate, Kavallam Pannikar, said that India would vote for the Arab side, because of their large Muslim minority, although they knew that the Jews had a case. Liberia's Ambassador to the United States complained that the US delegation threatened aid cuts to several countries.[102] Harvey S. Firestone Jr., President of Firestone Natural Rubber Company, with major holdings in the country, also pressured the Liberian government. And let's not forget there were only 57 members in UN at that time ... Not 193 like today. And Nobody in the region voted for Israel. It's astonishing really how people how arrogant they're, how arrogant the court historians are to say that everything is lies and only what the Govt "officially" tells us is the truth. His father left "Israel" in 1938😂😂😂. This is the same language which colonialists would have used.... For colonising and creating settler colonies.... It's shameful what a Libertarian would say.
