I'm sure Arby's won't have a problem whatsoever. A) product placement is free advertising B) there's no such thing as bad press. Even if these guys were acting out food poisoning from Arby's consumption, they're still mentioning the bollocks out of the Arby's name without having to spend a dime on marketing. If a ton of Reno911 fans are watching this and hearing that Arby's name over and over again, subconsciously they are going to want some mutha fkn Arby's 'n shit. They could run out to get some Arby's during commercial break..... Or..... They could find themselves running into an Arby's the next day but their brains won't be able to associate Arby's with Reno911, hence the subconscious mind that stored that information until the next day (or until whenever). It's ironic because I too have found myself at a fast food joint that I rarely, if at all, frequent and it's because of smart product placement. The End......n shit Ok I'm off to Arby's and then to the short-shorts store 😳😳😳😳😳

@@luisforeal8676 I'm a paramedic and critical care RN. I've never heard of it being used for nose surgery but cocaine hydrochloride is used in some dental procedures but it's very rare. It's a schedule 2 narcotic so even physicians are going to 1). Have a hard time justifying the use when theres many other anesthetics that arent even scheduled and 2). Finding a pharmaceutical company that has any in stock.
