As a true southerner that has made & still makes sausage balls every Christmas & New Year, I've developed my own recipe as I DO NOT like gummy, doughy sausage balls!! However, I love cheese & fruit!! Definitely gonna make these with a dab of cheese!! Tom & Melissa, yall are my favorite foodies on KZbin!! These are lovely!!😋❤️😊🙏🏻

I put my ingredients in a large zip lock freezer bag. Zip it up and then work the ingredients all together! Takes a little work and time, but my hands stay clean!! Easy! Works great!

It is so obvious that you two are excellent educators, I love how you instruct, with perfection, when describing a recipe. Now, I may in a minority here, but I cannot go with water chestnuts. I always pick them out in a stir fry. I looked up replacements for them, quite a few actually. I have decided to go with celery as an option. Thanks so much for having such good videos.

Tom, just like you, I am not a fan of sausage balls because of the flour or bisquick. I have always passed on them at a party. However, I will give these a try. Another Wildcat fan-when I lived in Kentucky, I would get so tickled-when going to the grocery store the wildcat game would be over the loud speaker-I guess that’s how the ladies got the guys to come with them shopping! I’m glad you shared your recipe for chicken salad with us. I have always wanted a detailed recipe for that. Most people just “eyeball” the ingredients. I wanted precise amounts. But the one change I will make is I will use thigh meat instead of breast meat. I don’t care for breast meat. But thank you so much for this recipe. GOD bless you and your wife!

Have you ever tried little meatballs cooked in grape jelly and chili sauce. They cook in a crockpot for hours so the flavors really soak in. It also makes a nice little appetizer. I serve them with a toothpick in each so people can just tale them off a tray by the toothpick. They are really yummy too.😊
