I live in one of the most weahlty Countries. Switzerland. I have a pretty luxury Appt. and enough to eat, but am i happy? No, im not. Am i envy about your simple life? ABSOLUTELY! I am seriously considering giving up my luxury life. I dont need that. Moving to the PI and start a simple Life out in the Province is a Dream for me. Love you Girl. You are a beautiful Soul. Reminds me of our province in Ramon Magsaysay, Zamboanga Del Sur in Mindanao. You look so much like my wife and you’re like a couple years older I think, her father’s side is from siquijor too. We mostly stay in Mactan Newtown, I enjoy your videos when I’m traveling. Back to Cebu on Friday, traveling from US with a 24 hour layover in Japan first before my flight to Cebu. Thanks Gladys!

Where I live that kilo (2.2 lbs) of meat would have cost more than your total. We don't have those coffee packets here, but a rough estimate would be around $75 (aprox 4,200 piso). Probably a bit more. And I don't live in an expensive city. Probably over $100 in places like NYC, Chicago, LA, etc. Your total purchases would easily top $100. Closer to the $150 mark, though things like the detergent and fabric softener that come in individual pouches compared to ours coming in a larger container make it a bit of fuzzy math. What would uther countries price out at? I'd love to hear from others. Thanks. I believe the Euro is around 1¼ to 1 and the Pound is around 1½ to 1 dollar ratio.
