Can you do a video on how to program the weekly times I’m confused.

I like the stove I have an HP 50s and the manual is confusing as heck. It says oh you can use up and down arrows to change the temperature. Right but it doesn't say what I have to do before I do that. Very confusing. I googled what does standby mean? And this video came up and nothing was mentioned about that.

You need to start answering the questions are questions here from 5 years ago that you never even answered! My son bought one of the most expensive comfort-bilt stoves ever, almost $2,000 and you people can't even have good instructions in the manual there so confusing! If they weren't people wouldn't be on here asking all these questions.

Not the easiest display to use. I wish the buttons were clearly marked. I have to find this video when ever the the temp changes from F to C.

What is the HD # at top of diagnostic screen on HP22? I had to check my ignitor, and while trying to get to Fire in diagnostics I believe I changed to HP5 but not sure. Can't find and information in my manual or online what it is in setting

My hp 50 running great but eating a bag every 12 hours how do I get it to eat less

If its running often, that's not really all that bad. I get 9-12 hrs a bag when its running a lot

my menu to change settings is asking for a password , i never setup a password ?

Default password should be the following sequence: Up, Down, Up, Up, Down, Up. This will let you in. For the newer version of the software, be sure to check out the newest user manuals: comfortbilt.net/pages/stove-manuals

Hello, Could you please help me with my pellet stove? When firing up, the stove works fine, but after reaching temperature and switching from firing up to heating, the fire is stifled and after a few minutes there is no fire at all. I have searched for information on this problem but can't find anything to help me, I have tried changing the "feed" parameters but to no avail. Do you know what could be the problem?

how about giving a video on how to set the controls the 7 day I set it at 65 degrees that got up to 70 I set it down to 61 degrees and one up to almost 80° I thought it was supposed to shut off and turn back on when the temperature dropped again why don't you do a video on how to operate this piece of crap
