I’m not religious but this has reminded me of a short prayer my Great Grandmother used to say to me when I was little. ‘God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change. Courage to change the things I can, and wisdom to know the difference.’ I had it on a necklace for many years because I think it resonates with whatever you believe in. Allow yourself to be forgiving of things that are not in your control ❤ again another wonderful video ❤

Wow. “If you aren’t specific, that leaves things open for speculation”. Hits home with the situation that’s stressing me with a family member right now. Im not always effusive- usually quiet - and so that’s left a gaping hole for speculation about me. Most unfortunately, the speculation has gone way way negative for reasons Ill never understand.
