I met my now husband 14yrs ago Playing dungeon Fighter online. I was playing as a witch but he thought I was a summoner. people tended to discriminate against the class because the summons would cause the screens to lag. Anyway he was playing on a gunner class and took pity on me and decided to run the missions with me. We became friends. He joined my guild as one of my generals. We dated 8 most long distance before he decides to move to my home state. 14 yrs and two kids later we are still together and we're still gaming partners. 😊

It would be nice, but the story is about being yourself and is a bit or an opposote romance story. Spoilers below? In the end the protag doesnt get with anyone, but tshe does develop an amazing freindship and a deeper bond. Even though it isn't EXACTLY confirmed, it whould be really easy to see her as aroace or some flwvor of that.

Could I fall for someone online? Sure. I like witty banter and someone to debate with, so it's kind of perfect. Though as a gamer girl, I found this a little infuriating at how incompetent Mori seems to be at RPGs. I don't know why it was written the way it was, if this was some man's idea of gamer girls or if the author was really feeling so pressed to conform to cultural expectations. But Mori does some truly dumb things as a gamer, like keeping gear that gives no bonus so they can look cute together. I'm not a min/max munchkin who reads guides on how to defeat everything, but I do have base level playing skills like not wasting what few equipment slots you have.
