Some people may like the New 52's Red Hood origin story but I like the original wayyyyy better. I don't like how the Joker planned to have Jason Todd as Batman's new Robin. I always like to think the Joker does horrible acts just for the laughs. I understand the Joker is considered a cold, maniacal and calculating villain (especially in The Dark Knight) but I don't like him planning stuff, him doing things for the shits and giggles just seems to fit more with the character.

I definitely like the morals of the Red Hood and the Batman clashing in the animated movie. I know the Batman doesn't kill, but he seriously needed to do something more than send them to jail because the villains such as the Joker, Two-Face, Riddler, Scarecrow, and Black Mask keep getting out of prison. They don't just keep getting out of prison, but each of them is capable of killing dozens/hundreds of people for their own selfish desires. Thus, at least the Red Hood was not afraid to kill those kind of criminals for supposedly the better good of Gotham while the villains knew Batman was not capable of killing them. In other words, the Batman's biggest weakness was that his enemies knew they could fight another day with him because he would never cross that line. The Red Hood on the other hand, he was not afraid to cross the line on the serious criminals.

Meh. I always found the Red Hood to be a bit of a beating. I never got the sense he was really on Batman's level and the fact that he never killed The Joker always bugged. Seriously, why won't anyone kill The Joker!!!! He's evil, he cannot be reformed, Arkham cannot hold him. Give it up!!!!

This is the comics I think the fact that they never actually kill him is the fact that they live in a multiverse. I.e take super boy for example and super boy prime, or gods among us is a better example where they kill the joker but he exist in some other realm some other time line. If it's not the joker it would be owl man who tried to destroy the multi verse. Killing the joker won't solve anything their will always be evil something much worse...

honestly that twist was extremely rushed. If jason had been in aprevious game and was killed by Joker, The twist would've been much more emotional. But I guess people who know the Red hood would've seen it coming anyways lol

+Daniel A. What made it so much worse was the Rocksteady lied it would be a original character and made a 10 minute DLC just to deceive people. Plus Asylum and City were original, well written stories. Knight was a rushed rip off of Under the Red Hood, Knightfall, and The Long Halloween. Paul Dini should've worked on this game too.

It was a pretty fucked up yet awesome moment. Also I feel like I'm the only one who didn't like the suit that much
