Pennywise is immortal and comes from prim whereas Carrie is mortal and actually does die, it cannot...he just goes into slumber. It would definitely win even if Carrie could take it down temporarily. Not to mention it has telekinetic powers, shape-shifting, and telepathic powers. It is more of an abstraction than a living entity thus it can't technically die. It doesn't even care about the crimson king and has eaten many potential beam breakers which makes it a threat to the king yet even the king can't do much about it's existence as it has been around forever.

Cece is a beautiful woman and a living legend, her connection to Bill is incredible because it's two generations of cinema finally communicating instead of dismissing what they don't know and can never experience fully on both ends. They respect each other deeply and I really can't wait to see them support each other on screen so, I hope they'll get at least one substantial scene together because Bill is my age (maybe 8 months younger than me) and I still grew up watching films from the 60s and 70s. It's going to be fascinating and very moving to watch. I'm reading IT at the moment and Castle Rock is next when I'm done in 25 years.
