He wasn't made in a laboratory as a clone of Wolverine like Weapon X-23..... Sorry to burst your bubble but there's a clear difference... It's like saying Amadeus Cho became Bruce Banner because he managed to separate Hulk from Bruce Banner and put hulk into his body sure he's a type of Hulk but he is not Bruce Banner and not the same Hulk unless we want to go by Immortal Hulk storyline continuity which in that case the green Hulk is basically the one below all... But in that particular situation all Amadeus Cho didn't necessarily remove the cosmic or supernatural aspects of it ... But I think you're confused enough already so I'll just stop right here 😉

@@josiahhill8106 Late reponse, but at the end of Fear Itself (last battle), Wolverine and other mutants + avengers get their main weapons upgraded with the material that Mjolnir was made of if my memory serves me right. Hulk was also upgraded, but I remember he was being controlled (or lost control) by Loki, sorry if I'm wrong, but it's been long since I read it.
