Once he was outta water for so long (7 years) that he became amnesiac It wasn't until Human Torch(Johnny Storm, not Hammond) was flying overhead immediately recognized him, but found him homeless And wandering the streets of New York City. He flew him over the Hudson(River) and stopped him in. The sec he submerged, he was restored to full strength. He's the strongest Atlantean, PERIOD. I know that he's always gotta watch his back because Attuma's always gunning for the throne, and yes in terms of raw physical strength & power Attuma isn't as strong as Tigershark(75 tons underwater, 60 tons) on land. All Atlantean strength the longer they're outta water, but they aren't to be slept on because even at their weakest, they're stronger than any human

If they didn't kill Namor off by the end of the film and because Namor is actually an anti hero, they keep him alive and in the future of the MCU Namor fight alongside the avengers in the fight against Kang and the big threats to come. One of the many reasons I’m iffy about wakanda forever. The same reason why the mandarin became a cool side villain to be forgetten. They both didn’t have their arch rivals even in mentioning. I’m sure the rest of the cast will do a great job but I feel like killing off black panther itself didn’t do either the character or the actor justice. Chadwick wasn’t selfish and the character of black panther didn’t get a chance to grow into a powerhouse before being killed. His only outting made him feel like an impulsive prince who only brought robbers to his kingdom by making it public. His plans weren’t highlighted or given room to grow out of the recovery phase to make him seem like a competent ruler in the long run. Plus without many accomplishments as king, dudes limited accomplishments can also lead to a bastardization of history like “the sister had to deal with the aftermath of her crazed brothers childish decisions” just saying.

Diversity is good look at Jason Momoa playing Aquaman he is Samoan. But Jason played Aquaman who was from Atlantis. That's like saying Peter Parker Spiderman is from Texas. Peter being from Queens New York is a important part of his character make up. Ryan Coogler and Kevin Feige screwed the pooch on this one on purpose.

Idk the slightest thing about comics but this taught me a lot. I am Hispanic and would be happy for this guy and the whole story but I can’t because it is nothing like the comic’s story described here. The look/casting of the actor is all wrong starting from the fact that Namor is a being who lives in the deeps of the ocean and swims. He should be fit and lean and pale, hairless with fishlike features because that is what living in the dark and deep parts of the ocean would’ve done to him. Biology/evolution simply dictates that Namor should look nothing like Tenoch Huerta. Somebody of Asian features would’ve made more sense.
