I'm very excited for the event. The division of time between Clark in Superman, and the Fam (specifically Conner and Kara) in Action Comics sounds really heartening. Also, you guys have a nice, quiet rhythm to talk comics. It's nice that you're both passionate AND chill. I find a lot of comics stuff on youtube too, uh, excited to glean information y'know?

In the Immortal Iron Fist we get introduced to Orson Rand and a rag team he lead during the early 1900’s. They went on some fun adventures while being hounded by warriors from the Seven Kingdoms of Heaven. It would be fun to read a series on that with Golden Age heroes popping in

The House of Brainiac crushed!!! Every single character felt like the main character. The balance and pace of an event and tie-in's has to incredibly difficult to create. superman with HOB was like waking up to Saturday morning cartoons, then going to the movies for a midnight show! Oh yeah!!! Josh W. I really want an Energon U tee shirt and hoodie. I cannot find any.

I think one of the all time great comic book runs was Rom:Soaceknight from beginning to end. That series was just fantastic IMHO. Micronauts was also pretty great, all the way through - and Claremont’s X-Men was defining like no other. Waids Flash and Morrison on anything I love. Every Ambush Bug series ever because it was a total skewering of current comic trends in every single one and I feel was Giffens way of just talking about the industry in general. (Honestly I just love Ambush Bug and was so happy to see him in the fantastic Fire and Ice series he does not get the credit for being a super rich character and I feel like that’s a total shame)
