My list: 1:Legion of Doom,2:The Rogues,3:Crime Syndicate,4:Sinister Six, and 5:Injustice Gang. I would put Thunderbolts and Suicide Squad, but they're more of anti-heroes.

@@johnstarwars6179 No they are *Not*. The Sinister Six came out in 1964 in Spider Man's first annual while the Legion came out in 1978 In the "Super Friends". The team generally works better together and no matter what happens they always reform unlike the Legion. They are the ones that even popularize super villain team ups in the first place.

This is 1 thing you can't put in list of undeniably right. This is personal preference, and I agree the crime Syndicate should be on here. Also the Sinestro Corps: A team of super villains that spread fear creating large amounts of destruction and death all because Sinestro believes it creates order, and so the Green Lantern Corps kill for the purpose to prove his way is right.

The problem is that the Brotherhood of Mutants naturally evolved into a team of anti-hero/anti-villains who think their way is the best way for mutants to be free of oppression while more purely villainous teams like the Hellfire Club and Apocalypse and his Four Horsemen began to take their place as traditional bad guys. For some readers whether or not they should still be called villains depends on your pov.
