No not annual. But there's a sequel called All - Acesss and you'll find out the secret behind acesss. The story spun by the bum is a lie. Access can jump between universes and space/time. There's no long line if guardians. There's only Alex. The crossover is caused by Alex staying in one place to long. There will be more almalgams. Up to and including blue energy superman with Thor. I think you missed one vital point with why the two brothers decided to make peace. It wasn't explained that well in the comic, but it actually makes sense for them and ties back to why they decided to fight in the first place: The two brothers had spent so long apart that they'd forgotten about each other, and they'd basically adopted a sort of "but the most wonderful thing about supreme cosmic beings is that I'm the only one!" So, when they found out about each other, each of them basically went "Wait, is that another me?! That means I'm not the only one! We can't have that, there's only room for one of me here! The other guy has got to go!" And so they decided to have that fight to determine which of them was the best version of "me." Nobody ever said the brothers were smart. When they were shown the backgrounds of Batman and Captain America, it wasn't the heroism of the two that convinced the brothers to stop fighting, it was the fact that they saw all the heroes of the different worlds and discovered that even though there were many of them, each one was unique. It's illustrated in the phrase from both Bat's and Cap's summaries: "He became one among many, but remained forever unique." With that, the brothers saw that you know, it's possible to be one among many and still be unique, they understood that they were not, in fact the same, and the multiverse had room enough for the both of them and for their respective universes. So they made peace and parted ways as equal, but separate individuals, just as their universes parted ways as separate, but equal universes. ^_^

I've been waiting for years to see a DC/Marvel crossover that is in continuity within each universe. Take one character from each side and swap them out for a year. Don't make it an obvious choice either like Superman, Batman, or Spider-man. Use a villain/hero swap maybe. I really just want to see the lasting affects of such a crossover. Imagine how Doctor Doom could impact DC or Green Lantern exploring the depths of the Marvel cosmos. Ben Grimm joining the Doom Patrol could be interesting too. We need something new rather than more reboots or restarts.

I think you got your wish. DC vs Marvel and JLA/Avengers was made canon to Marvel lore. And in Doomsday Clock they mentioned Superman teaming with Hulk. And in Donny Cates Thor issue two, we'll see Metropolis, and Flash, Green Lantern and Superman fighting the Black Winter.

I love crossovers. They are usually pretty great. My fondness of them started with The Jetsons/The Flintstones crossover. It will always expand the characters and the stories. I’d love to see Marvel/DC start a new universe based on the Amalgam comics series. The Wolverine/Batman combo is great and so are most of the others. That would be a great movie series.

Kudos to you for a video well done! I understand that the true meaning of comics are the heroes. What I like to see is a "Marvel vs DC" for the villains. Thanos and Darkseid host a cosmic challenge in an alternate universe to see which universe has the best villains. I know, sounds very farfetch, but it would be interesting to say the least.

The DC Versus Marvel series was one of my favorites. I remember when it came out and you didn't just need to go to a comic book shop to find comic books. I walked in to an Eckerd Drugs and seen them on a magazine rack. Of course I bought the first issue then went back days later to finish off the set.

I’m a bigger Marvel fan than DC but Wolverine is not an even match for Lobo. Mutant with healing and claws bs a literal divine being. That was a fan vote match. Superman vs hulk nerf or no nerf is a one sided match too. Even if you could argue that hulk could out strength Superman, he can’t out speed, out think, or out play him. Would rather have seen Superman vs Gladiator

@Dark Lord of Da Communitah That's exactly my point and I agree 100%. Look, Batman is cool but he is OVER praised for being what he is. Is he smart...yes...Does he have gadgets to assist him...yes. Does he know martial arts...yes. BUT his strength, speed and agility is that of a normal man. I know that is why so many love him because he is relatable for being just a man but here again Steve Rodgers has been seen using incredible strength that would and could kill Batman let alone render him unconscious.

Exactly! Batman is just a normal human at peak physical capabilities. Cap is a Human with Augmented abilities. Bats "battery" will deplete well before Caps would. Batman is just waaay overrated. He's awesome and he deserves his props...but he can't beat EVRYONE (even with prep lol)

At 17:08 you said Captain America has super strength. No he doesn't. The Super Soldier formula boosted Cap to peak human physical condition. Cap is basically high level Olympic athlete level and Batman is the same. Their difference is that Cap was enhanced by super steroids, for lack of a better real world description and Batman is the result of years of hard training and mental discipline. There was a short period in the early 70's that Cap had legit super strength, but it was not well received by fans and he was made back to be peak human condition. Having said all of that, I will admit it has been well over 20-25 years that I have been a regular Marvel comics reader, so if in fact Cap was retconned somewhere along the line to have actual super strength, I apologize.
