The last few Rebirth finale books have been depressing for me. The Titans dismantled, Superman’s family is gone, and the wedding between Catwoman and Batman getting called off? Honestly, I needed this. THIS is the Rebirth I signed on for.

Not to mention that they killed Redhead Wally West ....again, after torturing him mentally and emotionally This Rebirth arc has caused me more depression than pre flashpoint, flashpoint, Injustice and the new 52 combined. Rebirth was supposed to be something new, yet we just got the same old "heroes can't be happy" plotline that has been used in every previous reboot.

@@Black_ReaperKai unfortunately I'm no longer willing to risk it. I actually bought the first 50 issues of Batman Rebirth (as they came out) because I was so excited about where the story would go with batman getting married and how they would navigate those new and scary waters...just to be given a huge middle finger on issue 50 (after all the hype), and "rebirth" just turned into the same trope of past batman reboots. I dropped the comic after that, and just read reviews and watch videos like these to at least keep up with what's happening. But I'm not stupid enough to waste money again, especially on anything Tom King has control over.

This is what I thought should've been the ending, Tim walks away from Bruce/Batman for a while, But I would've had him go alone, rebuild himself from the ground floor up to be his own hero, not per se in the shadow of Bruce Wayne/Batman but like Nightwing. See if he can be the person behind the cowl if the time ever needs him to be. Also, I would love for them to create a new Red Robin comic for a while, establish Tim in San Francisco, using his skills, techniques, intelligence to fool everyone into thinking he is a new Vigilante in town and confuses the whole media and even the criminal elements. It had Sherlockian storylines and writing but using the established stories from Golden Age Batman. It builds Tim up as I stated before and it also makes sure that when the time comes you can do the Evil Future Tim storyline vs Present Tim and the latter is better prepared and mentally capable of stopping him and showing him that he is wrong and what happened to Bruce. I would also have Stephanie Brown in occasionally. But the stories are very much like Sherlock Holmes in mystery but it leads to a bigger mystery that Ra's Al Ghul is watching everything and that he wants another Heir and he believes Tim is the right person to take over since Bruce doesn't want it and Damian is a failure in his eyes. It goes back to Pre-52 Red Robin books which are the best stories available. my opinion honestly but I really like Tim Drake and I humbly believe that Tim is getting the short end of the stick, its always been about Damian and Bruce, or Richard and Bruce and some of Jason and Bruce in other medias but Tim doesn't get any love at all.

Steph, Cass, it’s not an alternative universe or other versions of yourselves, it’s THIS timeline, THIS universe you just don’t remember! 10 years removed my ass. I remember reading some comic where like the super heroes were controlled by brother eye I think? I only read one and it was like in the middle of the story so idk
