So is this what happened(?): A Deadpool gets experimented on which took away his yellow box and white box voice and added a red box voice which convinces Deadpool to free and all the marvel heroes/villains by killing them. Deadpool then realizes that he needs to kill the original ideas such as Pinocchio and Frankenstein, who was used as a body for red box, until the box was killed moving red box back into Deadpool. Sherlock Holmes then fights Deadpool in the Ideaverse successfully dropping him into the void. We return to 616 Deadpool who fights an enemy while waiting for the Avengers showed up, but is surprised by other deadpools warning him about evil Deadpools and take him to fight the evil deadpools. 616 Deadpool meets the Evil Deadpool that started everything as they are the last remaining Deadpools. Deadpool ends up defeating and killing the Evil Deadpool. (Possibly 616) Deadpool wakes up in a empty city and notices the lack of activity and life until he meets a zombie; however, the zombies are able to speak but can't control their movements. Deadpool gets overrun by a horde of zombies until he gets rescues by survivors. They look for shelter but them get overrun, with Deadpool escaping with a bite, thinking his healing factor should stop it. He finds a town with more survivors and enters it. Deadpool finds a former mad scientist who explains he started the virus by using Deadpool's blood. Deadpool then sleeps but temporarily becomes a zombie and kills the town of survivors before his healing factor turns him back. He finds the scientist and decapitates him so he can find the lab that started the problem. He finds the serum and drinks it before he gets bitten by the zombies. The zombies turn into Deadpools which was basically controlled by Deadpool. (Possibly a Regenerated 616) Deadpool wakes up and is attacked by a girl who then becomes a partner with him. They fight through zombies and meet evil deadpools which explains why the girl attacked him. The two finds a train with more survivors, zombies, and deadpools, but the survivors and our protagonist Deadpool escape. More evil Deadpools show up and imprison the group. Deadpool the wakes up to see himself in a cage along with the survivors. An evil Deadpool shows up which carried the girl's weapon. The girl finds a katana which she trades with Deadpool for her weapon. Deadpool and the girl fights through their enemies and finds a hideout with the survivors and a machine which could kill all the Deadpools including our protagonist Deadpool. Deadpool makes the sacrifice and begins to degenerate, but gets to the other Deadpools and takes them down with them before he could completely die out. The girl then takes Deadpool's old suit and becomes the new Deadpool.

At Comic Con, every time I see people in Deadpool costumes/cosplay, it reminds me of Ryan Reynolds filming the sequel based on 'Return of the Living Deadpool' If Ryan Reynolds plans to retire like HJ as Wolverine, this could be a pretty good story line to use.
