Gold zeo was a temporary power it was killing him after the transfer. It's why he had to give it back to Trey of triforia. It's why Jason only has red mmpr and doesn't have a master Morpher to use gold zeo too

I know I'm a year late lol but I had to Google the name cuz I know idea who he was. He was just an extra on MMPR as a kid but I still never heard of it. I heard about Ricardo Medina but not him. I read what Skylar did but not the details. It's messed up. Then I found out they took the death penalty away from him and he is no longer a he. He is a she. The state is even paying for his hormones and he wants them to pay for surgery. The whole thing blows my mind.

@@thealterego3187 Right... But as I recall the power was already failing. (been a few months now since first hearing the story) The power boost spread that far around was mediocre. It's like having a squad of pro fighters wanting to fight you and u have the opportunity to substitute your own group of pro fighters. But instead you choose a class full of 2nd graders and give them some sticks. Even with numbers and a slight power boost, it's still not going to do much, and you're risking your power source while doing it.

(not that I see this situation as woke) They also never propped up their minority or female characters more than they did any of their other characters. It was a generally well balanced production in that regard. If the franchise was as woke as you state, I don't think the things that apparently took place with the blue rangers hazing for being gay and other nonsense would have taken place on set, let alone the other info that is known that goes against that narrative. To be fair though he really should have because Adam plays a big role here as a confidant to Scorpina to the point her attacking Jason is because of Adam's death specifically even if she doesn't say it.

No, he wasn't. They'd need all the coins and blue is gone. Without a full team they would lose. And they have no idea where any other power sources are so, changing power sources is not an option. Additionally, they have no zords. The entire situation was against them and they used the only option available in the time they had.
