So basicly Tommy is the white ranger like he eventually turned into. And this is a way to bring back the green ranger as another character, since SOOO many OG fans, LOVEEE the green ranger, BUT also love the white ranger!! So basicly that's what this is? To bring back a new green ranger? And introduce a diff character. Kinda like rewriting the original. Plus the coloring, makes him look like a blue version of the green ranger.
