Great content!! Thank you so much for discussing T2D topic and how this way of eating can help reverse it and symptoms, although I know it's individual for each person. I can say for my experience I was shocked how fast all the symptoms I had cleared up and they we're connected to T2D..I'm heading into year 2 and I do still have some flair ups, but I realized, our bodies are amazing and wonderfully made and WOW... how awesome that is made to not only with stand the unknown mistreatment that we have done to it, but that it's also awesome at undoing that mistreatment when we've learned what it truly needs!! This is a huge motivation for me to feed my body what it needs knowing that when I do...eventually it will have enough time to put out all those fires I've unknowingly started. ❤
