What a great story. You explained that so eloquently. I am 30 years with my girl and I am sure she knows something but maybe not everything, we have never discussed it. We have a very small home and I have Breast Forms in boxes right next to my bed. I sleep in and have a massive collection of female one piece bathing suits, rolling covered racks of bras, control wear, all the things and pieces I am into. My cross dressing gives me comfort, provides security and relieves my stress from this world. I don't know that we will ever approach the subject but I know she loves me for who I am and I am the same person I have always been. I would not feel comfortable letting her see me in a bra and breast forms and I am certain she wouldn't want to see that either but with that said, she gives me my space and allows me to be me even if it's something she isn't necessarily comfortable with.

My Crossdressing Life You are so inspiring! My wife knows but I’m still in the closet; she just doesn’t want anything to do with that part of me. It hurts so much not to be able to express my feminine side with her. I have tried to discuss many times, but she is firm in her likes and dislikes. It is so nice to see that there are couples like yours which openly allow such expression!

Green Rock you have the right to be YOU and HAPPY do not ever settle for less than your happiness. I know it may seem selfish but it’s selfish of others to force one to repress who they are. We've been together for 3 years now, and we couldn't be happier. She loves doing my makeup and styling my hair. I love dressing up for her and going shopping with her and all that. Nice one Paige. You're very lucky. My own wife seemed very accepting at first and she even bought me some dresses and shoes. But she came to realise that she had been thinking it was just a phase that would pass. Now it's become apparent to her that it's here to stay she's having a really tough time adjusting. Of course it doesn't help that she's already disabled and then recently got diagnosed with breast cancer two weeks after her mother died. So to say she has a lot on her plate would be an understatement. As I say, lucky you for having such an understanding wife! When's the move happening? And how will living with your mom affect your opportunities to dress? Hugs, Abbie

Your are very brave, and your wife should love you a lot. Something that is not allowed in our society is a man that dares to explore his fem side. No ones made a scandal if a woman dress like man. But if you see a man wearing woman's clothes this man is judged so hard. I don't know when exactly women started to wearing a pair of pants, my point is if women were allowed to use pants why men is not allowed to use a dress, skirt, high heels or whatever. I have a suggestion for you, shoe collection video, it is going to be fun for you.

@peachsncream58084 жыл бұрын
I’m happy for you and envious .When I finally decided to stop the internal struggle against expressing myself, I was in my late 30s.and tolled my wife as gently and respectfully as I could .I explained the struggle against it from childhood , and answered all the typical questions. Not gay/no I don’t want to be a woman/no I don’t feel like a woman ect. I think it was even more difficult for my wife as I am not into the makeup or making myself look fem or change my voice or behaviour.im just a man who loves the clothes I’m a very tactile person /tight restrictive clothing to the beautiful silky flowing dresses .girls have so many options colour/materials different cuts of clothing even with a simple tea shirt .what do men get tea shirt options /v neck /round neck /for the most part COTTON yippee big deal. Business pants.cargo pants jeans. Majority of wich seem to have to be made of much more course materials than for women’s. I new my wife would not take it well. I don’t go out in public so she doesn’t feel embarrassed.and I don’t really feel the need to go out. It’s been 15 years now we are still together I agreed to her terms. We still love each other well so she said but as much as she would like to be ok with it she just can’t deal with it .and I would not try to push it. She asked to see me wearing a skirt once then she said i looked ridiculous .i can understand but it still kills me inside to know that the clothes I wear make the difference between how she feels about me . My soul aches to be unconditionally loved but it’s just not ment to be in this lifetime and I definitely do not want to spend another lifetime on this earth with humanity.i keep going for my son .otherwise I would quit life now. No easy answers. Be true to yourself as early in life as you can. And best if you can do it before you have children ,to minimise the trauma of a family breakup on another young soul. (THE TRUTH WILL SET YOU FREE OR GET YOU IN DEEP SHIT).good luck to you all.

As annoying as the "are you gay?" And "are you into other crossdressers?" And such similar questions people always ask can be, I don't hold it against them. "Why?" You may ask? Because I know A LOT of crossdressers, and I gotta say, those are some pretty fair questions. A fairly large percentage of us actually are either gay, or bi, or attracted to other crossdressers, or some other similar situation. Myself included. I personally identify as straight, but that's just because it's easier to say that than to try to explain the complexities of being mildly attracted to most crossdressers and really attracted to the ones that pass really well, and all the weird ins and outs that entails. And that's just pure surface level attraction. Actual physical contact, and everything that goes along with that, is entirely different can of worms that even I don't fully understand. And I've found that a pretty big chunk of our kind are in the same boat as I am. I wouldn't say "most of us" or "half of us", but a good percentage for sure. So much so, that I genuinely understand where "normal" people are coming from when they ask these questions. In fact, when I meet a crossdresser, I have to ask these questions myself.
@thomasromano93215 жыл бұрын
No crossdressing isn't gay. I crossdress, but I like being straight, and being a guy. I'm attracted to women, but I do have a strong feminine side, that I let out when I crossdress. There's still a lot of ignorance out there about crossdressing. Also, some women love men who crossdress, because they appreciate a man who's more sensitive and embracing of their feminine side. All men have some feminine inside of them, as all women have some masculine in them.

My wife knew from day one. She met me when I was cross-dressed and in fact I had to convince her I was really a guy. She had only ever dated girls before and she asked me out and that is when I confessed that I was a guy in drag. It wasn't until later that evening that she realized I was telling the truth when she tried to be intimate with me. A few months later we were married and she insisted I be the one to wear the wedding gown and she wore a tux. My mom was the one who got me started cross-dressing when I was 12 so by the time of the wedding day all my family already knew so there were no shocks. My best advice to guys like me is to be truthful up front. Unfortunately you've been dating your girlfriend for a while and now she has a specific view of who you are. By telling her outright her view will change. I know it is risky but she will find out eventually. So for you I would suggest gradually ease her into the idea. If you have any whiskers normally, shave them off or gradually reduce them over a few weeks until you are completely clean shaven. Grow your hair out longer if you haven't already. Don't go crazy at first but pluck your eyebrows a little. Soften your looks as much as you can in front of your girlfriend so she gets used to a somewhat less masculine look. Buy something pink to add to your wardrobe, a shirt or tie for example. Take more interest in her wardrobe and hair and make-up so she gets used to the idea that these things interest you and always do it with a compliment. Be opportunistic. When you encounter a situation say while watching TV or a movie or even real life when the topic comes up, express a positive opinion with regards to cross dressing. If you see a cross dresser on TV ask your girlfriend's opinion. If she even hints at being open to the idea of you cross dressing then hint back that you'd let her dress you up. I think the best approach is to let her think it's her idea. A ton of girls are open to the idea of seeing their boyfriend/husband cross dressed at least once out of curiosity. One thing with a guy who has long hair is that your girl will either reject it immediately or embrace it immediately. If she starts to play with it and hint at it becoming girly then pretend mock yourself by saying something like "yes I guess I'm turning into a sissy." She would be the one to bring it up and you simply agree with her and then see how she reacts. Unfortunately the opposite can also happen and you have to be prepared for that. In the end, either she will accept you in which case you have a real chance at living happily ever after like I did or she will reject you in which case she was never the right one for you in the first place and once you get over the initial pain of rejection and the initial loss of the feeling of being loved and having the person you love out of your life, you can then move on and seek out someone who will enthusiastically embrace your feminine side. Good luck
