Myles Munroe was preaching this exact message back in the early 2000s. He sadly passed away but his teaching on the kingdom opened my eyes & showed me how we as Christians have not been doing it all correctly.

It's full of amazing stories about children who follow Christ and even sometimes went gladly with their parents to be martyred. It is a stunning book of the faith and relationship with Christ that these children express. His most famous book is "Tortured for Christ".

Oh but time IS ending. God started the clock of time when He created the heavens and the earth. But He existed before time began an we will exist in eternity with Him. He will end time when He returns and everything becomes immortal. So, however it plays out, time will end and eternity will go on forever.

I loved the simplicity of Torben's first lessons with notes on the walls, and a (good!) "Danish-English". It has given me a completely new understanding of living as a newborn. But thank God that he has so much more to give, in new packaging, and so much more to change in our lives. There is no literal 1000 year reign. The New Jerusalem is not a literal place. Just take off the warped glasses and read the details. Jail does not make you orrect.

A spiritual city. The description of the N. J. in Revelation has sinners and dogs outside the walls. Is that literal?

Ok, have it your way bro. Dogs and sinners will be camped out around heaven. Jesus said 4 times that he will raise up all the believers on "the last day." Which is the rapture. Paul called it "The end." You are like the old Jews who could not understand the kingdom Jesus brought. Same carnal thinking. It brings the plagues referred to in Revelation. They were not literal either or it would not be possible to get them.
