You guys should've recorded your reactions to see all of the different characters that Eddie Murphy & Arsenio Hall played in this film. It would've been cool to see your reaction to you guys realizing the characters that they played in which you wouldn't have expected. ALSO... You guys missed the post credit scene which was equally disappointing. I literally just signed up for the PATREON to see you react to the ENTIRE project but you didn't seem to find any value in watching the rest of it. I wonder if you did the same with the Marvel movies too. Some of those films have "20 second" post credit scenes as well. I just came to the KZbin version of this reaction to see if you guys edited in your reaction to the casting reveals & the post credit scene but unfortunately you did not. At least I got a chance to rewatch this great film again.

Fun Fact: The McDowell's restaurant was actually a Wendy's on Queens Boulevard that was scheduled to be closed for renovation. The production had approval from McDonald's corporate headquarters, which apparently didn't pass the word down to their local outlets. On the day the McDowell's sign went up, the manager of the McDonald's one half mile up the road arrived with his lawyer and took photographs, telling the set dressing crew they were going to be sued for everything they were worth. McDowell's remained in business until early 2013 before the building was demolished.

Biggest Mistake is watching Movies out of Order. Should have watched Trading Places first. So you have missed the nuances of Randolph and Mortimer Duke

Akim's arranged bride, Imani, is played by Vanessa Bell - who at 34 was significantly older than the character she was playing. But when you're that pretty, age doesn't really matter!

Y'all gotta keep watching the credits. And you skipped right over the Sexual Chocolate scene. Such a great movie. Also, you need to watch Trading Places to understand the part with the two old homeless guys.
