I know UI has dodge and DR+guard, but thought that all 3's Base forms struggle in stuff like Cell Max and new SSBE event, but other than that, are usually safe in the beginning of events due to the bosses not ramping up until they transform; plus Broly and Gogeta seem to do more damage in Base. I'm not trying to argue or anything I just want to learn more and hear what makes UI's Base form better so that I can be better at the game

They are simply different units, UI can work as a slot 1 in base while Gogeta can’t, and it can be tough for Broly. You are right that he doesn’t deal as much damage as them though. Gogeta has the worst base out of the three because his ability to survive is the lowest in the shorter events as he has no dodge and his levels of defense are good but not amazing, which is balanced by the fact he transforms super fast. As for the other two, UI just has an easier time because of dodge, but Broly’s base becomes better once you transform the other Broly and play them together.
