This is a simple patch designed for Comix Zone that increases the amount of damage inflicted on enemies. Comes with a 2x Strength and 3x Strength patch.
How to Patch:
--------------------
1.Grab a copy of Comix Zone (USA).md (No-Intro)
2.Grab Floating IPS (www.romhacking...)
3.Patch your rom with the corresponding BPS file

As someone who loves this game is this is a patch that is well appreciated. I understand why the original was what it was, but it didn't make those choices any less questionable. This keeps the spirit of the game while evening the odds at the same time.

Comix Zone was a rental release so they made it harder in a similar manner to Streets of Rage 3.

@@Mohammed1000real That's a huge part of the library you can attribute that to. I've always came to understand some of those choices as creative license. Sketch is a musician and comic artist who himself is surprised that all of a sudden he has martial arts skills trying to fight his way out of the comic he's trapped in. So being untrained would mean punching hard objects would hurt him and fighting mutants and monsters takes a minute because he's not that strong...yet. Nothing takes away that Comix Zone is a must play and this patch makes it much more enjoyable!

I liked that hack well enough. But this does retain the hitting bricks penalty but makes it much less severe.

Think you can do the Rushing Beat trilogy for the SNES too? They also suffer from poor hit detection and lack of invincible frames while doing things like getting up from knockdowns or while throwing enemies, well at least the first two games does

In the last stage you cannot push the bombs.

I practically ran home reading this. I have released a bug fix when checks for the hanging bombs in the last level. ;)
