Mission story: The tense standoff between the Steel Talons and ZOCOM was interrupted unexpectedly. Alien forces, seemingly in thousands, spread across the globe and mercilessly attacking any and all indigenous lifeforms. Archon has sided with the Steel Talons in return for save haven. His skills are critical in preventing Australia from falling to the malevolent creatures from space. Can the ageing weapons of the Steel Talons withstand the technologically untouchable invaders?

Tiberium Essence is a fan-made modification for Command and Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars (and Inspired by the Tiberian Sun). It brings back the most desired things from previous C&C games, such as: Blood and gore, Tiberium flora and fauna, return of the traditional Tiberium crystal model, cyborgs, the iconic Titans and Wolverines, and even the mighty Mammoth MKII.
Tiberium Essence was influenced from Tiberian Sun game - a real-time strategy video game developed by Westwood Studios and released in 1999. The main storyline follows the second major war between the Global Defense Initiative (GDI) of the United Nations, and the global terrorist organization known as the Brotherhood of Nod. The story takes place 30 years after the GDI had won the First Tiberium War in Command & Conquer.

You know, I always preferred Tiberian Sun's setting to CnC3.

@@mullerpotgieter Definitely, Tiberian Sun felt like the Great war that destroyed the world had already past. The war we were fighting was over what's left. But there was also hope, the mutants showed a tiberian world was not completely inhabitable to humans. The Alien space ship was also great, it added alot of mystery and a bit of cosmic horror about what is really going on. IMO the scrin should never have been added as a race, always left a mystery. Would have added a lot of atmosphere. Any uniqueness the brought could have been replaced by a mutant faction that heavily used tiberian.

That last mission probably requires that you destroy the command center instead of capture it. The game is pretty inconsistent that way.

@@bluenicholasbf2142 No. You have to download this campaign separately. On the Tiberium Essence page on ModDB, there is a tab called Addons. These are mostly custom maps for the mod, which includes this campaign. You have to download and then unpack the campaign maps into your custom maps directory. Should come under: C/users/YourPCName/appdata/roaming/commandandconquer3tiberiumwars/maps Once you’ve unpacked the custom maps in this folder, boot up the game with Tib essence 1.6 running and hover over the skirmish tab and select custom maps. You should see the mission come up in there :)
