Eh, I'd say RA2's better, but from the Tiberium franchise it's pretty good, still prefer 1 and 3 though. the Mammoth walker, though Incredibly awesome, doesn't make up for a lack of Mammoth Tanks

@@JeremyShibby I've managed to break some of my habits of building a cool & organized base. But I am still an insane turtle. I've trolled my friend in doing this, and managed to hide in different parts of the map with an MCV & a few tanks. Third time, I successfully held off his attack & was preparing to attack his base before we had to end the match for time constraints.

General Doofy ovuh heez! I thought I'd seen the worst of it when you blew your whole wad turtling up like a kook, but your Orca counterstrike was pure gold hahaha. Using your Orcas to bomb your own infantry was also classic, as were the multiple squandered ion cannons. But the real gem was that bizarre infantry vs. harvester squishfest at the end. Rigged gameplay. He should have lost at the very beggining. That's why I don't play RTS games online, it ruins gameplay for me. I like to develop bases before action like when against AI, instead in multiplayer the match turns into a frenzy that leaves little room for strategy and fun, because of rushing techniques.

this comment is old but ill respond anyway. this is not true at all.... rushing is a tactic to either flat out kill an enemy or weaken them while you develop your own base. if 2 players on equal skill levels play it out, games go over an hour long. for reference, i have several games recorded on my channel that become very long.

Infantry mass into aerial mass into stalemate and then having an opponent rudely demand you surrender, because for some reason they feel entitled to a win they didn't earn. Yep, looks like a game of Tiberian Sun. I'm starting to come to the conclusion that alot of 'competitive' classic C&C players never really grew up with the rest of us, from other replays I've been watching on KZbin. Sad times. Don't seem to get that poor sportsmanship and attitude as much in the more modern RTS game communities (NB: AS MUCH, it's still everywhere, obviously). In another video I watched's comments, somebody even defended it and smack-talk in general :\. Like-minded, obviously. As for that balance, I know the "mass basic tanks or lose" balance of Red Alert was particularly bad, with [mostly] everything else being utterly worthless, but Tiberian Sun went way too far in the other direction. I honestly don't think it's a problem C&C solved till the EA titles, seems RA2 went back to "tank mass or lose" balance. Even C&C3 had that problem for a while. Incidentally you had the Ion Cannon and it doesn't look like your opponent did, so yeah, if anybody should have surrendered it was him. You'd have eventually won through repeated Ion Cannon strikes anyway, even if you hadn't decided to be a bit more pro-active about the victory you rightly deserved.
