Some of the best tutorials out there, I've been watching and liking them ever since the IADs videos. A topic I don't really understand but have seen is EMP warfare and communications disruptions, and was hoping you could do a video on them. I know the B1-B Lancers have directional and omnidirectional D- and O-EMP, and I've seen a scenario where an F-16 takes damage that knocks out its ability to communicate and IFF itself. The depth you go into is useful even for subjects I'm already confident in, especially with you giving demonstrations in the game itself.

I have only messed a little with EMP, it is basically an area attack that cooks anything electronic. I will play with it some more and get back to you.

Hello! Have you considered doing a video on penetrating a modern IADS? It's a little different to the SEAD/DEAD tutorial you have up, and would be cool!

Do you mean trying to penetrate targets protected by an S-400 backed up by Pantsir, 2k22 and 9k330s plus the appropriate Early warning and air interceptors? And what generation of attack, modern stealth/JASSM kind of thing, or classic F-16/18 combos?

@@PGatcomb Yeah, all that stuff. Kinda like how to best the IADS you set up in your how to set up Sam systems videos. It doesn't much matter to me which gen (modern/legacy), but it would be cool to see how to effectively employ modern ECM/SEAD/Strike assets to penetrate the air defenses and strike a Target and effectively exfiltrate following it's destruction.

Make sure to implement drone (decoy) assets that can spoof enemy radar; such as the ITALD(active) and MALD for example. I have had some successful cases where the ITALD works and gets the enemy to fire off 15 SAMs at one TALD, however I don't quite understand what triggers that reaction. Sometimes I can BOL them directly over their site and they won't engage at all.

Also I found a drone type called the perdix that says it has 1x generic visual reconnaissance camera with a 5nm range + 1x Perdix IR camera with 30nm range. I have been unable to use these sensors to detect targets with these drones during my sandbox scenarios. Is this currently a bug or am I doing something wrong.

So incredibly helpful! The Command folks are nuts for not promoting your videos. They must really be out of touch. My guess is that people don't play this game, because of the complexity and the perceived lack of helpful info in the game. There are no tool tips to explain what you are showing us today, which I think costs the company a lot of money. It's not a bad game at all, once you understand what all the unexplained options really mean, and your channel is the only one offering such info. Thank you!

I seem to be experiencing a bug with my game at the moment. When I tell my aircraft to attack a target they won't leave their plotted course to carry out my orders. I've set both the unit and side doctrines to ignore plotted course but it doesn't make a difference. It doesn't matter if I use automatic attack or manual attack either. The only way I can now get my aircraft to attack is to delete their plotted course entirely which isn't really the best workaround. Everything was working fine until the massive warplanner update 😢

These videos have been funny for how bad and mistake-ridden they are but it seems like you’ve been steadily learning the game and getting better.
