Command Prompt opens and closes immediately; Keeps crashing

I have a question. In options 5 and 6 you say "Open Command Prompt and see if the issue is resolved". How exactly do I see if it's resolved after opening Command Prompt?

Hi, I guess if the issue had been resolved, you should have to see CMD window, it won't disappear immediately when you open the Command Prompt.

I had the same problem. What fixed it for me was the following: 1. Search "regedit" in your start menu and open the registry editor. 2. Go to the path HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Command Processor 3. Delete the entry called "Auto Run". (Or remove the value in the Data column)
