Hey good video I'm glad you took my comment to heart and talked about the Night Lords a little more indepth keep up the interesting content. One thing i would like to add is you said they don't get any buffs to range but that's not actually true their legion trait that gives them +1 to wound rolls against outnumbered or pinned units applies to both shooting and melee. This even can benefit their armour since their trait makes their tanks count as 10 models for this rule.

The way I see the Legions for ZM: Godly - they have to be absolutely nasty and excel here. I think Imperial Fists, Night Lords, and Iron Hands fit this. Imperial Fists have the ability to do everything better, the Iron Hands have amazing boarding troops and amazing terminators. The Night Lords can bring larger units to make their abilities work and fear will have a bigger impact on smaller games. Strong - Death Guard, Salamanders, Ultramarines, Word Bearers. The Death Guard and Salamanders rely on templates which are nasty! The word bearers and their Gal Vorbak are disgusting in ZM. Same goes for the Ultramarines as they have so many units geared out for boarding actions. Balanced - Alpha Legion, Dark Angels, Space Wolves, Emperor's Children, Raven Guard, World Eaters, Sons of Horus. Each of these Legions can do everything well already - some are more geared towards shooting vs hth. Situational - Blood Angels, Thousand Sons. Both Legions have expensive specialists. So you're relying on generic legionaries. If you take specialists, then you're army is much smaller. If you're BA most of the specialists have jump packs which require terrain checks. Heresy - White Scars, Iron Warriors - the white scars want bikes. The Iron Warriors is on the verge of Heresy and Situational - they want to shoot you from a distance and they like killing vehicles.

I’d like to see your take on the Liber Panoptica pdf by The HH: Age of Darkness Discord. Comparing it to the Legacies pdf by GW. And then take that into consideration when Tiering the Legions. It looks WAY better than the pos that GW came up with. Personally I prefer to ignore the GW pdf as though it never happened.
