This reminds me of a card from one of Hearthstone’s single player adventures called “wondrous wisdom ball” that occasionally “gave helpful advice”. It plays itself at the start of the game, and the for the rest of the game, it will randomly give you some usually helpful effect. Some of it’s advice includes “draw an extra card while your opponent isn’t looking”, “you really seemed to like that -minion- creature, why don’t you re summon it” and “you know, losing life makes you lose”.

@@CardmarketMagic how about something kinda similar to this one? what about you mix magic and monopoly just a tad. Everyone has a deck that cares about rolling dice or flipping coins, when you role a dice that also moves your piece on the monopoly board (if you would flip a coin you also role 1d6 for the monopoly board). Each property has a card (perhaps a token copy to help prevent certain nonsence you can do with non-tokens) that when you buy it you put that card on your battlefield. If you get jailed you skip your next turn, but you don't have to worry about the rolling doubles to get out of jail on the monopoly board. Properties can not be auctioned and if you cant afford it you just dont get to buy it. If you trade or sell a property to someone they gain control of the associated card. If that card would leave the battlefield you lose ownership of that property on the monopoly board and it goes back to the bank
