Farsight nodded and his kind smiled faded, to the look of a tau warrior who saw the horors of the galaxy. "I am. I dont know if this sword has otherworldly propertys apart from what ive experienced but...i sometimes dream of it...of i as a night unstoppable warrior,carving through armys single handed,drenched in blood...war is nesecary to survive conflict. But the madness beyond...both sickens me and scares me." The pyromaniac nodded. "Look commander,im not really into philosophy like some of us or even the humans that live with us but...i think your strong. Your a good friend,a good leader,and more importantly,your not that kind of being now. Maybe its possible but maybe not. We got faith in you and you in us. Maybe you should have faith in yourself." The sub commander spoke surprisingly thoughtful and wise. The commander nodded. "I appreciate the words of confidence. Lets go,wouldnt be in good taste if i kept our comrades waiting now would it?" "Hah,theres the fearless leader at work,see commander,have some faith in yourself!" "Yes...faith in...myself." Looking back at the suit,torchstar was wary. "Commander?" "Its...nothing. lets go." I wonder still...why was it that i found this sword. And more importantly...was the dreams i saw just that...or a prelude into something i could not begin to be horrified at...

Idk what is it about this video but i just find it fantastic, i re listen to this one fairly often. Every voice actor is putting in A-1 work and the narration genuinely makes me want to buy every Farsight book out there! I find him to be a very compelling character, and in the Grim Darkness of 40k there IS indeed a straight up hero out there and i like that as a concept.

This is so good!!! Thank you so much for your hard work. You have a wonderful voice, excellent tone control, and the most important you disappear and I fall into the story. I listen to a lot of audio books. I have a friend who just happens to be the voice of M&S ladies lingerie. Something like “go on treat yourself”. Back to this people and I mean all of us don’t get enough praise. I go months without a thank you at work. Sometimes I go the same without even a hug. I suppose I represent the 35-40 year old men who had a weird time growing up. That which was looked down on when I was ( WHEN I WAS A BOY!!) about 0-14 changed. It was ok to be Gay you didn’t get beaten up (side note I didn’t know I had so many gay freinds. In later life I have bumped into men who sat next to me in class. I was a little shit and I guess I didn’t give them any shit so they felt safe. I was told this by a person I thought hated me. Strange how school is everything and then it’s not. Soo sidetracked they are happily married and happily happy with themselves which is great) Oh yes not getting praise. Keep up the great effort and you will be rewarded. Hope that made sense. I wonder if any other people in the UK know what I mean about school being savage? You are great and I got paid to watch this because I am at work. Praise be the Minimum Wage :)
