Hello everyone! It's Mostly Casual Commander with another fun game of #EDH for you. I've been growing more fond of Mono Black decks recently, for some reasons, so Busterkins and I decided to run recent black decks we made! Kyle's favorite deck: Yuriko, the Tiger's shadow, made an appearance and J man's angel focused Kaalia deck puts in work. Let us know what you think in the comments, thanks!

I liked the cat, and I liked the power level of the decks. It was slow enough that we got to see most of the decks do a little bit of what they’re good at :)

Another great game as usual. Even if it isn't, Meatball makes up for it. If you're curious, Higure, would be pronounced something close to HEE-goo-RAAY, if he's supposed to be Japanese.

Wait so if you commander ninjitsu yuriko and he dies, he doesnt get regular commander tax? He hard recasted yuriko for 3 after damn overload?

as a Yuriko player, it hurts me every time kyle sac a creature that is not Yuriko 😔 you can always cheat it out on the command zone via Ninjutsu bruh..

I’m not 100% sure but it doesn’t look like Kyle had enough mana to cast the temporal mastery at 10:15 unless his lands are just stacked awkwardly

Thought you could only gain life up to a maximum of 40 in commander?

Hi there! So you start the game with 40 life in commander, but you can gain life beyond 40 for sure. If there is an effect in the game that gains you life, you just add it to your life total and that's that! So if I have a life link creature that deals 2 damage to an opponent while I have 40 life, I'd go to 42 life and all is good :)

Oh, cause that's what BK thought was important at the time. That's why. But it's good that the best play can be identified in hindsight for sure. That helps us become better players!
