How come you are following the "old" rotation with double lust. Not spamming Arcane Blast in rune BEFORE you go into surge+totm burst?

I did spam arcane blast in rune before starting my opening ramp.

@@TheZlimshady thats likely better now yes, however on this fight especially you don't want to delay your opening ramp as you want to get your mini off as the cyclone starts. The reason its written like that in the APL is because the APL can only do 1 precombat action, so its not confirmed better.
