At the moment, we adjusted the convection oven to have sleeves rather than trolleys. This helps in adjusting to bake larger products such as bread and smaller products that fit in baking trays.

Hello Bilal, when baking each type of product has its own baking time, thus the dough cannot be left in the oven for 1 hour. Especially with the convection oven since its baking times are usually less.
