I want to learn commercial diving in as much as using surface supplied air/gas and the use of commercial grade equipment and diving in Arctic water conditions ,but for biological study and wreck photography. I have no desire to be a welder or saturation diver. But possibly rescue as I am EMT certified. Can I still enroll and come to Norway to learn this?
