Awesome trumpet! Your "Stardust" brings back memories of listening to the late Chuck Cecil's "Swinging Years" on my Dad's old mini-transistor radio on a weekend night in bed in the 80s. I was born in the wrong era.

You really make these trumpets pop and shine with your amazing musicality and range. There is no better review of a brass instrument than this.

That horn just sings, it really lights up nice. In the 70’s and 80’s everyone played Benge trumpets.

I LOVED hearing this, really cool, Trent!

I bought my Benge CG new in 1978 and it's still my primary horn.

The LA CG Benge is the standard. I really believe you gotta play that horn for a while to understand how the other ones compare then pick what works for you. This horn takes the tension out of playing.

Trent the CG model has a reduction bore size at the base of the bell going into 1st valve. Do you know what the bore size is at the bell?

it's a shame there's not a link in the description or a pinned comment with a link.

Q, the weight on your web page says 14lb. that seems too heavy. usually about 32oz.
@austincustomАй бұрын
@@sooty33 if you scroll down, you'll see that the weight is the shipping weight 😁

@@sooty33 but I'm assuming you didn't scroll to the bottom

"Also note weight indicated in the ad is shipping weight not actual weight of instrument." But thanks for trying to correct us I probably would have mentioned on the video it was 14 lbs ;-)
