I had the same issue with bulged cases in my 38 supercomp stamped barrel, someone had had rechambered it to 9x23 before I got it, I got hold of a lee sizing die for 38 super, ground of the flare at the bottom of the die, loaded it in my dillionxl650 so the carbide sizing ring came a lot closer to the dillion shell plate and just loaded rounds on the progressive press as normal, fixed the bulge, put the dillion sizing die back in and never had an issue since.
