I think it would be nice to see how you would colorgrade multiple shots in a timeline. Showing us how you would copy and paste nodes or adjust individual grades per shot, for example a musicvideo which might not always have the same lighting etc. Anyways, thanks for the great tutorial! Really helpful when switching from Premiere Pro.

This was pretty interesting. I see some comments telling them to stick to what they do. Some small things to do different, but everyone has their own process. If the goal is to desaturate the background and increase the saturation on the subject, wouldn't a power window be easier than targeting specific skin tones? For example, at 4:47, raising red's saturation visibly affects some background objects, too. Is this intentional?

Probably the best thing to do would be to combine the two. Just a power window won't be selective enough, but targeting specific colors without a mask/window can also affect other parts of the image like you said

Nice outcome, but a few questions from a noob.... why not move your whole "look" parallel structure ahead of the REC709/FPE transform? And why not use Color Space Transforms? E.g. you manually are adjusting to essentially get to cineon before your FPE instead of just using a CST ahead of the FPE.

Well, it just really depends on the project\your personal style. A good rule of thumb is that sound should be seamless, if you notice it too much then it's probably too loud/not mixed right
