Sir one doubt in mri report the impression says Possibility of dysembryoplastic neuroepithelial tumour is more likely over low grade glioma.. But the neurosurgeon guessing it is a malignant tumor (after the surgery and before the biopsy) so can a neurosurgeon prediction be true?

It's possible. As I was mentioning earlier, we can't predict the tumour nature based only on scan

Size can't determine the grade. Get the surgery done at the earliest...biopsy report can only determine the grade

Whether it is low grade or high grade, can only be identified by histopathology..not by scan...We should not rely on MRI for grade of tumour
