I was also thinking like you previously But better to take supplements. Otherwise bone density will become lesser. Now I take vitamin d supplement. Vitamin D level should be above 40. You will literally feel the difference. Even above 20 is not enough

We at the equator experience more solar radiation from the sun since the solar angle is greater at the equator so we have more concentrated sunlight, as a result per unit area we should be able to get more uv radiation, so we should get more vitamin D easily???? Why are u saying the opposite? The presence of excess UV radiation is the reason why we in general the people at the equator are more darker in colour, as melanin is produced to block the UV Rays

Take vitamin d supplement with Vitamin K. Your vitamin D level should be above 40. Selenium - for that take 2 brazil nuts daily. You feel the change in two weeks itself.

Both UVA and UVB are harmful beyond threshold.. But as you are scared UVA penetrates skin more than UVB
