We have one of these about a minutes walk from our house. We were amazed to see it walk across our lawn last weekend. It is in a small pond acrossed the road, we're hoping to keep seeing it for awhile. Nice video by the way.

Nice! It's a very fun bird to watch. Rails often visit roadsides for some reason. I've noticed it with several species.
