THIS is the message that needs to be being spread. Its been there a long time, come on people! It ain't THAT hard! MORE listening than you want to do, THEN take some time to ABSORB. Only then, give your view. And around again, in turn. It aint quick and easy to be understood. This constant angry talking face in face = no listening = no understanding.
