I have a question....is there a 5% kick back payment from your earnings back to your Employer? For example....someone is on a talent visa and their employer wants 5% pay back from their pay to cover lawyer and management fees?

My stage 1 application was refused (British Academy) because of "eligibility criteria" as, according to them, I lacked the PhD or equivalent experience requirement and therefore, my application couldn't be reviewed further. This means it was not even reviewed by the panel. This is very confusing as I clearly stated on the application my qualifications (including the equivalent research experience to PhD). I will seek a review but any recommendations?
