Yeah ok sir. For example In your 1st question the axis is marked 45 degree but not mention the power for that meridian, in that case how will select the power for 45 degree either +4.00D or +3.00D?

Make Retinoscope mistake? I double check my refractive state, using a Snellen and trial lens kit. I always ask all my engineering friends to double check.
