Fresh homemade food is less expensive than most commercial pet food, even with a premix. There is no one size fits all. All pets are different. I feed homemade because I feel it is better for them. Also, many commercial foods make one of my cats throw up. Even an expensive "sensitive stomach" food. Happy Feline Friday!

Thank you so much for these videos! I've been taking a very close look at my 12 year old dog's diet due to her first ever early health issue marker (high ALP) and never noticed how high her current food is in copper sulfate. Your videos have been so informative! I'd love to know your opinion on what foods would be good to give/avoid for a dog with high liver enzymes. Also thank you for making the point about expensive foods not always being the best, I used to work at a corporate pet store and they were so determined to make their employees believe and push the most expensive brands that weren't all that different from low budget foods.

Can you talk about how to incorporate organs for dog food. I don't think I'll be picking that up at the store. You mentioned the dry liver treats (like stella and chewy??)

Thank you for all your valuable information. First time pet owner here and its been a challenge! So many choices so many options out there you just don't know what to do! I have a Frenchie what do you recommended for food and treats? I have change him to Carna4 with high protein wet can food and protein based treats. I Also give him blueberries, strawberries, apples, carrots, melon and watermelon. Vegetables and fruits I know to be ok for them to eat. But I've been told Frenchie's suffer from allergies food and environmental so its been hard. Help please :)
