I am just 16. Whenever I do heavy work or use stairs I feel breathing issues also feel exhausted. Whenever I do exercise I feel heaviness and simple pain in my neck and left side. Also I feel weakness particularly in my left hand. It never hurts. I always feel exhausted and tired and also can't entangled myself in any of heavy work.
