When we try to set out on our weight-loss journey, many of us tend to fail. Sometimes it is the diet that goes wrong, sometimes we lose our determination, sometimes we get lethargic to workout, sometimes we get an injury! Why does this happen and what are the things that we can do to avoid failing? What are the common mistakes that we make? I’m sharing a few very important tips based on my own experience. And also u need to have lot of money so that you can appoint good house help n leave your new baby n home n food cooking for jim and post relaxation after workout is also guilt free.

Actually you don't. I don't have any help the time i go to the gym. The kid's father looks after him, and the elder one goes to school. I also don't relax after i come back, because there's simply no time :) actually where there's a will, there's a way. In my case, the will is far too strong
